Q: What is your Turnaround Time?

Turnaround varies by service, but standard alterations range from 5–10 days. Rush options are available. Shipped in Repairs and alterations can take up to 3 weeks. Bridal Alterations vary.

Q: Where are your repair and tailoring services available?

We are based in South Florida, our main Studio is in Hallandale beach but we also have different meeting points on certain days of the week in Miami, as well as mobile tailoring services. (Book) We also offer a send-in service for repairs and select alterations.

Q: When will I hear back after contacting you?

We respond to all emails within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST.

Q: How much do you charge?

Pricing depends on the type of alteration or repair and the time required. you can view our general price list here and We provide an estimate after evaluating the garment in person.
