At Vaed, we offer a professional send-in repair service designed to restore, reinforce, and refresh the clothing you love most. With over 15 years of experience and a specialty in denim craftsmanship, we’re committed to high-quality repairs that look seamless and last.

How it Works

1. Submit a Repair Request 

Fill out our repair form and upload photos of the item and the damaged area so we can provide an accurate quote.

2. Ship Your Item to Us

Once your repair is approved, we will send you an invoice for $10, which covers the prepaid shipping label we will be emailing you and instructions for packaging.

3. We Repair With Care

Your piece is professionally repaired using industry-standard techniques, high-quality materials, and a focus on durability and aesthetics.

4. We Ship It Back to You

Once finished, we send you an invoice for the final amount + shipping, and we’ll send your repaired item right back to your door. Fast turnaround times and tracking included.

What We Don’t Repair

To maintain quality and consistency, we currently do not accept:

  • Bags
  • Shoes
  • Leather goods (unless minor stitching)
  • Hard accessories

Turnaround Time

Most repairs are completed within 10–15 business days after we receive your item.

Complex repairs or heavily damaged items may require additional time — we’ll notify you before beginning.
